Instructions for Taking the Essences
The dosage for a Plant Essence is not like traditional medicine and depends greatly on what feels right to you. The idea is to allow the energy of the Essence to come into your energy, assisting in the shifts and changes that you are making in your life. Usually a few drops is all that is needed for each dosing. Remember that this is a Mother Tincture and can be diluted. You may take a few drops several times a day, every two to three hours while you're awake, for example, or more/less often as you feel the need. Feel free to mix the Essence into other drinks. If you're used to having a glass of water nearby, putting a few drops of the Essence into your water will allow you to have a little over a period of time.
*Please keep in mind that our Plant Essences are made with brandy. If you are unable to drink alcohol for medical or emotional reasons, you will need to contact [email protected] to request that a special Plant Essence be made for you. The cost for these Essences will be higher. An alternative is to boil the alcohol completely out of the Essence, then store the remaining water in the refrigerator.
