Love is powerful force. Oftentimes, we underestimate it, yet love is so powerful that its energy can transform. In this class, we'll talk about and attempt to experience the nature of the force of love. We'll talk about deliberately sending love and it's impact on the receiver (object, plant, animal, person) and on the sender's body, mind, heart. You can begin to make loving everything a spiritual practice and see the results within yourself and all around you.
